High blood pressure is a growing health concern across the globe. While genetics can play a role in a person having hypertension (High BP), diet and lifestyle are the major contributing factors.
Work pressure or stress acts like a ticking time-bomb resulting in elevated blood pressure levels. Chronic stress and poor diet contribute to the onset of high blood pressure. Reduced food intake wherein intake of simple carbs (refined foods) increases blood pressure.
Natural treatment can help reduce both high bp and stress. CoQ10 (Enzyme) plays a crucial role in the proper functioning of vital organs such as heart and liver. It gets depleted as we age and results in weaker heart muscles and putting us at risk of developing heart palpitations and high blood pressure. CoQ10 is used in medicines for lowering bp and cholesterol.
Remedies for blood pressure control
Vegetable Juices:
Rich in potassium and antioxidants, juices made of vegetables balance the sodium-potassium levels in blood, thus helping in lowering the elevated levels blood pressure.
Make 1 glass of juice by using any vegetable (cucumber/carrot/bottle gourd/ash gourd/pumpkin/beetroot), add a small piece of ginger, 5-6 coriander or mint leaves, a pinch of pink rock salt. Do not strain the juice. Drink it even if it appears somewhat flaky. Reduce the quantity of breakfast and have the juice -1glass daily or have it at any time of the day or at wake up.
Arjuna Bark (Natural source of CoQ10)
Boil 1 inch of Arjuna bark in 1cup of water and drink it early in the morning as soon as you wake-up.
Garlic:
Our favorite kitchen ingredient helps in vasodilation (balancing sodium potassium and blood-thinning). Eat 2-3 raw cloves of garlic daily at any time of the day.
Pink rock salt:
Rock salt contains natural form of Iodine and 82 vital minerals such as zinc, selenium, magnesium, copper, etc. These minerals are required for proper functioning of the gut and the brain(body).
Iodized salt is fortified by iodine (minerals are removed from salt and artificial iodine is added) that doesn’t make sense right?
So…start using pink salt in your kitchen and benefit from it natural components.
