We all love smoothies. Well, what if your smoothie is not just an indulgence but also doubles up as an immunity-boosting anti-oxidant?

  Read on.

  • Papaya is a known universal antioxidant-rich fruit that increases t-cells and WBC count (WBC’s are also known as scavengers of the cell).
  • Curd helps to increase beneficial gut bacteria.
  • Cardamom helps in better digestion.
  • Honey is universally known for its medicinal use as it helps to cure infectious respiratory diseases.
  • Black pepper is used for medicinal purpose because of its effective component “piperine”.

Here’s you can make this smoothie:

Ingredients:

  • Papaya- 1Cup
  • Curd – ½ Cup
  • Cardamom-1piece
  • Honey-1tsp
  • Black pepper powder- 2 pinches

Preparation Method: Combine all the ingredients and get them into a fine blend. Your smoothie is ready to serve. You can have one serving of this delightful smoothie daily, if you will! (Be mindful of what else you take on the same day)
