Seasonal Fruits – Immunity

Most of us do not eat seasonal fruits. Also, there are some myths floating around such as catching a cold or having cough if we eat oranges, custard apple, guava, etc., in winter and rainy seasons; or eating fruits like mango, papaya, etc., in summer may cause problems related to increased body heat or hot flashes (UTI, skin eruptions, rashes, etc.). Hold on! Why do you think nature produces those fruits in that particular season?  It’s not the fruit but a weak immunity that’s making you ill.
